1.The Customer shall be entitled to return the goods provided that the delivered goods were of the wrong specification & provided further that the any other justification given for the return is acceptable (where the goods have already been paid for in full) on condition that the goods have not been mounted, fitted or installed, with the packaging materials still intact and are in the same condition they were at the time of dispatch. Such return will only be accepted within a period of 3 days (72 hours) from the date of purchase and or delivery.
2. Please note that all and any Goods purchased under any special time or during any promotion or offer period of any kind, can’t be returned or exchanged whatsoever and no refund will be available at all for the same.
3.Any refunds successfully processed will/shall be made only through Mpesa or bank transfer where applicable. No refunds will be processed in cash. Such refunds will be made within 72 hours upon approval.
4.For cancelling any confirmed order, where goods have been dispatched from our warehouse (if payment is already made in full or partial), the customer will bear the cost associated with returning back the goods to the warehouse. No charge will be made where cancellation is made when goods are still in the warehouse awaiting dispatch.
Further, the customer shall and effectively indemnify Dial A Tyre and by extension Seven Seeds Enterprises Ltd, its vendors and any other related parties against all or any such costs incurred in relation to the return of goods. Dial A Tyre and its parties reserve the right to charge/bill the customer for any costs directly or indirectly associated with processing and ensuring safe return of the goods back to the warehouse.
5.Customers are finally advised to note that the costs associated with returning goods vary depending on the specification of the goods, the location of the customer. It’s therefore important for the customer to notify us in advance of their intention to return the goods.
